Here you go...the updated+ version.

Also- Christmas is coming. I should be home ~1 week from now, almost to the hour! I have a rather tiny Christmas tree- but I've received a lot of tree-type decorations this year...so I've been putting it "up on the furniture" (thanks 3ck!). (One new example!)












We have snow again. I don't think the weather does things in halves or partial measures around here. When we get snow it seems to be at least 10 cm at a time. It's fun. I like snow. They also seem to know how to clear roads around here- that makes me happy.

I'm looking forward to Christmas this year. I get to attend a party this weekend, have a close friend exchange next week, spend Christmas Eve with friends/family at church and elsewhere, and then after celebrating Christ's birth next Thursday, God willing I'll be flying home.

I pray that you have a wonderful advent while awaiting Christmas.

Happy Birthday Dad (tomorrow!)

Wow- has my blog become just one big birthday wish posting place? I hope not.

I suppose I could tell you about what's going on here lately. It's really not all that exciting. What IS exciting is that I'm going home for Christmas. (At least, I'm getting some vacation time that starts with Christmas- I'll be home for a few of the 12 days worth!)

I think you can be safe to say my blog will have photos. No doubt about it! (no doot aboot it?)
